WOD (Workout of the Day)
This group class is designed for athletes of all levels to build endurance and strength using functional movements. Our WOD will stimulate your body’s metabolic and cardiovascular system increasing your overall health and delivering results you can see and feel. Whether your motivation is bikini season, getting stronger, or justifying that beer you had with dinner, a WOD class is a great place to reach your goals. *You must complete fundamentals in order to participate in these classes.*
HIIT IT (High Intensity Interval Training)
HIIT IT is a 60 minute group class that blends fast-paced cardio workouts with weight training. Like a snowflake, each class will be unique, but the masterminds behind the programming always have weight loss and strength in mind. Think bootcamp style workouts without the whistle and testosterone.
Crossflo is our version of yoga with a twist. It is designed to stretch, restore and mobilize your body to improve your everyday performance. Each class will focus on performing maintenance on some of the major muscle groups we have been working in our other classes. Crossflo is open to all levels and we highly encourage you to make this class a big part of your weekly routine. Be kind to your body, we only get one.
CrossFit can be a bit daunting to people who aren’t familiar with the movements, we get that. The fundamentals program is a mandatory course that must be completed in order to participate in WOD classes. Fundamentals consists of one on one coaching with our head coach in anywhere from 3-4 sessions. We will teach you everything you need to know in order to crush the workouts in our gym safely, and we will even throw in some information about nutrition and living a healthy life. Come to fundamentals prepared to learn the proper form of every movement we use in the gym, including “Wax on, Wax off.”
Boobs and Barbells (Olympic Lifting)
Boobs and Barbells is a fun, slow-paced olympic weightlifting and powerlifting program. This class is designed to help improve explosiveness and power for any sport while increasing your overall strength. Together we will work on form and proper technique for all of the olympic lifts by breaking down the movements and working on progressions for each piece. You will get one-on-one attention and usually you will see noticeable gains in a short period of time. Watch out personal record, you are about to get broken.
