Get started with smaller class sizes and approachable beginner courses that will teach you the basics you’ll build on later. If you haven’t ever experienced CrossFit, we do require a two-week fundamentals course to prepare you for our CrossFit classes at Kali. Once you’ve conquered the starters, our different classes and schedules offer flexibility and variation so you avoid the monotonous workout, and embrace new daily challenges.
